What can be made ahead of time for Passover?

Okay, please don't laugh at this question because, realistically, I know that I'm not really ahead anymore. But we're having a last-minute seder on Sunday night and I'm going to make everything--well, with the help of some mixes. Here's the menu:

gefilte fish (frozen log kind, assuming I can find it);

chicken matzo ball soup (from a mix as recommended here);

baked chicken with apricots and currants;

matzo charloette (sweet kind with apples and raisins);

steamed asparagus;

maybe a carrot souffle;

dessert (matzo crunch, meringues, brownies)

seder plate stuff, including charoset.

We're also bringing matzo crunch and a matzo charlotte to Saturday night's seder.

Any advice on what I can make tomorrow or Saturday that will keep in the fridge and re-heat well? Thanks very much!
