crunchy, low-fat, low-sweet granola

What prompts this request is I like to eat healthy oatmeal, but dislike the gloppy texture of oatmeal made as hot breakfast cereal.

I'm starting a healthier eating campaign and my granola recipe has too much fat. I don't know how to make it crunchy and low-fat.

I also use very little honey in making it. I put "low-sweet" in the title because sometimes people suggest additional sugars to make up for fat/oil, or artificial sweeteners, neither of which will work for us.
