Have You Had an "Eye Job"?

I'm giving it serious thought. Can/would anyone here share your information? Some of my questions and concerns:
Ophthalmologist trained in cosmetic eye surgery, or cosmetic plastic surgeon?
Anesthesiologist or nurse anesthetist?
In-office surgical room, or outpatient surgicenter ?
Similar questions were raised recently on the 'optometrist vs. opthamologist' thread. Practically all plastic sugeons operate "in office". Don't most use a nurse anesthetist vs. an anesthesiologist? Would it be safer in a surgicenter? If the doc or patient became ill, wouldn't help be closer at hand?
Is the anesthesia truly just little more than what is used during a colonoscpy? Dr. "gasman" certainly doesn't use an anesthesiologist .
Please chime in with your thoughts , or experience.
