Have you ever heard of this recipe...flank steak...

I was in a store and struck up a conversation with the lady next to me, and she was telling me her favorite flank steak recipe.

Have the butcher run the flank steak through the tenderizer once, sprinkle on some seasoning, cut it in strips and wrap each strip around a hard boiled egg. Brown them and then finish cooking in a tomato sauce like spagetti sauce. Then you slice the meat and egg and it looks very nice to serve.

Has anyone ever heard of anything like this? She said it was an Italian recipe.
