Problem with A/C 'Sometimes' cold

Well for the past 2 weeks the A/C has been semi-out on us.

One week ago it was blowing ice cold for one day and night, then back to room temperature again like the week before.

So intermittently works I guess lol, not nearly enough.

So far this is what I checked.

Filters, decently clean.

Outside "Fan" is on, compressor seems to click on for one second then turns off for about 10-15 seconds.

Smaller pipe gets mildly cold, but I only had it on for about 10 minutes. If I didn't hold my hand there for a good 10 seconds I wouldn't have been able to tell if it was "slightly" cooler then it was before though.

Indoor blower working.

Thermastat seems ok (its digital? lol)

There was one thing, right on the 2 pipes that go from the outside to the attic blower inside there is 2 valves. Not the valves insides the acutal outdoor unit these stick out of the unit about 2 inches. Anyhow the bigger pipe's valve is wrench tight, and the smaller pipes valve was about 2 turns loose.

I'm not sure what to think of from here lol.

Freon&leak? compressor bad? High pressure making compressor shut off?

Yikes its hot in florida lol!!! No money for tech til next week either :( Unless its cheap like frigerant refill
