About those cream cheese stuffed strawberries

I'm reposting my ? from the other thread - I'd like to make these for a luncheon tomorrow, but I'd like to make them this evening because of time constraints tomorrow morning. Does anyone know if they will keep, refrigerated of course, for that length of time without getting watery? I suspect they will since the bottom cut end is covered in chocoate but can anyone confirm?
