Hi Heather, I tried to look you up under member search and nothing came up, but I can still see your trade list through your member page. I tried to search my name and the names of others that I've traded with and it was about 50/50....weird. I hadn't noticed a problem with this until you pointed it out. My beef is that the pages are taking FOREVER to load. It's driving me crazy!!! It takes between 30 and 60 seconds to load EACH page, even if I'm just using the "back" button. This has been happening for about a week now...talk about frustrating. I do have high-speed internet and a new computer and it only slows down when I come to GW. I love it here but I don't know if I can stand this much longer. Hope they get all the bugs worked out soon :( Trying to be patient, Cindy

9+ years on F&P Intuitive (same basic design as yours...just more options) and not a whiff of anything nasty or moldy to be found. I do NOT run exclusively cold, which I have always found to be a bad idea. Also, I do occasionally use LFS (depends on the items being washed). However, I wash colds on cold, items recommended for warm on warm, whites and cleaning rags on hot, etc. I also run the recommended cleaning cycle 4 times per year (every season), with one of them (once per year) being exclusively hot water and lots of vinegar (i.e. no detergent). This not only cleans, sanitizes and deodorizes, but also removes every last speck of detergent reside too. The tub looks like new afterwards! The washer has been great and cleans very well, but every machine requires maintenance of some kind. If you never take care of it you will pay the price afterwards (if it were topic-appropriate, I'd tell the story of someone I know who never bothered to do any maintenance of any kind on their car...big mistake!).

I meant that rather than it being an issue of Safari not working with Gardenweb/Houzz, since I have a lot of browsers and they're all behaving in the exact same way, and since all of the ones I have, at least, are built on the iPad toolkit, making them more alike than different, it's more accurate to suspect that the mismatch is there. There are a LOT of weird mismatches happening to a variety of apps in iPadland now. It's likely that they're all dev side, especially since my OS hasn't been deprecated but isn't the latest release. But there's something weird happening all this month... But LOL on the end tag! Especially remembering back to when we could make our posts in HTML, and break the rendering of the whole page for everyone with a missing close. :D I've seen where the error is in the draw on my Windows laptop. There's a stall and hiccup in the drawing of the thread right after it posts the OP plus Featured, then it shakes itself like a wet dog and draws a few posts then shivers and shows the whole thread. On the iPad it stops at the first stall.
