What Vitamins do you Take?

My Mom sent me a real age quiz link to Dr. Oz's website and on it is suggests you take each day:

1500 mg Calcium

700 mg Folate(folic acid)

1200 mg Vitamin C

400 IU vitamin E

I am not a routine vitamin taker, so as I'm pushing 50, I'm thinking maybe I should take some vitamins. I looked at some general multivitamin pills and even taking 2 pills you're only getting in most cases half of what he suggests.

Do you take a general multivitamin or do you take individual vitamins? I'm not a big pill taker, so the thought of sucking down 6-8 different pills a day, makes me think I'll not stick with it.

Do you feel taking these supplements is really worthwhile?
