Therapy dog owners--what do you take with you?

I'm in the process of training my dog to do therapy work. I can't attend the training and testing until April, so in the meantime I'm doing research, talking to other therapy dog owners, reading books, and training my dog to walk better on the leash.

She's been a "working" dog on our property for over five years, and we rarely take her in public other than to go camping. She "does her business" when we walk her around our 29 acres, or wherever she is when she has to go. So consequently, I don't have a "kit" to grab when I take her into town. I know that when we do actual visits as an animal assisted therapy team, I'll need to take clean-up supplies. So far I'm planning to put these items in a small backpack to take with me on visits:

poop bags

disinfecting wipes

enzyme spray

zip lock bags

paper towels

bath towel

dog wipes (to wipe off the dog's face or paws)

human wipes (to wipe her slobber off people)

a bleach pen or spot treating wipes for fabric

vaccination records

phone numbers of veterinarian

camera

What am I missing? What kinds of emergencies have you experienced while visiting a nursing home or other facility?
