The grout can be colored, and your local tile store has the supplies. Though the results aren't always great, going with a darker shade of a similar color is more successful than going paler or changing from [say] a brown to a blue. But I'm a little skeptical that there's any paint that will last long on floor tile: could be wrong, and I'm not a tile pro, but the non-porous, non-reactive nature of tile makes it hard to coat.

Can I ask some odd questions? What state are you in? I know some states are pretty loose with the need for permits and such, I am going to assume you live in a state that only cares in you are on your own land and not near water. Did you have some one who knows how to read a plan stake out your drawing? Did you need any compaction done? Did you have any kind of soils testing done? Have your plans been looked at and approved by anyone? I take it this is an all cash build so there is no bank to be concerned that you have not followed plans. Will you be able to sell or get insurers on the building if it was a do it yourself foundation? Can you find a contractor willing to work on this build who will have any type of liability on their work if yours fails? With no contractor in place, are you sure you know what it will cost? As my friend says for things like this, he is hired from the neck down if he is not the grading/engineering contractor. It is not his his insurance, not his license, not his plan, he is not in charge and it is not his liability if it goes wrong

Thanks everyone! I do not need to learn it in a few weeks I just want to be able to speak and understand someday! I have hung out with his fam on many trips and they do speak enough English so I manage. As for the wedding, we are headed to the Courthouse. Nothing big in terms of a wedding. We both have been married before. We just want simplicity. After we are going downtown (I live in the country in between San Antonio and Austin) to the riverwalk and staying in a nice hotel and having friends and family get together for a fun dinner. We will be eating at a place called Boudro's and my new last name will be Boudreau! Kind of funny!

Honestly, I think the Buttermilk is a little too yellow for your honey colored cabinets. It's also the same type of pattern as your floor tile. I would use the Caesarstone Chocolate Truffle as it will tie your cabinets together with the floor, having both the rich honey tones and the lighter beige tones of your floor tiles. I think it's a better fit and adds a bit more pattern and punch.
