Our need

Today we had a coach shot, in Canton.

A few months ago we had a girl killed from Walmart on the same highway. Just a few miles apart. Both hit the fox news big time. Please pray for our country neighbors and for those who need to respect life.

Yay! The ordeal is over. We have signed the offer. Apparently the buyers wanted the HUD because they wanted "proof" that our boat dock would convey with the house. When we bought the house 15 years ago, the docks weren't built which meant the deed was recorded on a different page. The whole HUD thing was an attempt to verify the dock ownership. Funny thing is, it wouldn't have been on our closing papers anyway since we didn't close on the dock until a year later.

I wouldn't get carried away with too much blue. Use the navy in pillows, artwork, OR rug. Otherwise I would look for beiges/creams/tans in a variety of textures for your furniture. I agree with others that darker woods will look great in your space, similar to your floor lamp. This example shows the one blue chair with lighter furniture, a rug similar to your floor color, and darker wood end tables.

Thanks so much! I was really hoping to replace the rug, coffee table and leather chairs. We have had them for about 5 years. They were major scores at the pottery barn outlet and table was custom, so I am not too worried about the waste in money. We will try to sell for a little but on craigslist since they are in good condition but SO SO ready to lighten up the room and get away from the huge dark coffee table and dark big leather chairs

The Walmart thing really made me angry to think that the security cameras had that man on film for 90 minutes before he attacked that poor teenage girl! Did they think that man was going to buy something? Is that why they let him loiter for so long! And the coach! What are these people thinking? So sad for a community to endure so much.
