ABin5 and using it as a starter for future batches

Curious if anyone has tried this? We've been trying to develop a good sourdough and just haven't gotten one to work.

So I'm wondering if everyone tosses the leftovers at day14 (or makes crackers) or if anyone has added it to the next batch sort of like a sourdough starter.

FYI just got the healthy version of the book and made my first batch today. Will see how it goes.
