Another 5 minute bread question

I'm hoping someone can answer this: the recipe I follow for the 5 minute Artisan bread calls for 1 and 1/2 T. of salt. What would happen if I decreased this to 1 T. I have a major fluid-retention issue, and as much as I like this bread, it's causing some problems.

If I decreased the salt, what would change? Texture? Rise?
