I am just so tempted to look up some Jet Blue fares and see what's available. I love New York, still have family there and would be so happy to meet the New York/New Jersey/PA CF'ers. I wouldn't be able to go the week of the boys' Spring Break, which is April 7th through the 11th. Also have to be home for Passover, April 19-21.

Just saw this. I'm in Northwest Jersey and STILL trying to take part in a CF get-together - every time there's a crisis!

We have train service but no express trains, unfortunately. But I could drive to another station and/or meet the Philly/Jersey girls at some spot on the way there!

Anyone available Wednesday, April 16th? Robin is going to be in NY that week for Passover and is free that day. So am I. Lunch? Dinner? Both? :)

Anyone else have firm ideas of when they would like to come into town? I'm up for more dates in April or May.

Wait, I am not available that Wednesday, we are coming in on the 18th and DH is working on the 23rd. So I could do the Tuesday the 22nd, Thursday the 24th or friday the 25th. Tuesday is probably best.

Okay, I am available on the 22nd too! I realize my mistake when I read your Passover post. Dang!

Unfortunately, since we miss CT over the prior weekend, I am not available on the Friday. I could possibly do the Thursday; send DH up by car and I'd follow on Friday by train.

Of those dates, I can't make the 22nd. I have a meeting that day that I can't escape. Lunch is best for me since I don't want to have to catch a train at the crack of dawn for breakfast. I could do dinner, too.

Hope this works out for all of us!

Pam - you better be voting on the 22nd too! It is PA Primary Election Day and I will be at the polls from 6:30AM until way too late. I guess that means the following day is out for me too - I didn't get home until 2:30 AM last time.....

That week is the last week of the semester. We have a final ceremony for the course I'm working on April 23. I'm not sure about other days. I sort of have a new job. It's new responsibilities in my old job. Sort of. Plus I'm job hunting, so things are in flux. I'm game if I can come. I wish I knew more for sure what my schedule looks like, but I don't. I think that week is going to be tough for me. But if you get together with Robin and I can make it, I will, would love to see you both.

I can do Mon 4/21, Tues 4/22, Wed 4/23 lunch or dinner. Thursday is dicey as we go to CT, but I could try for lunch if DH is will to wait or drive w/o me.

Let me not discourage May folks, I'll happily make myself available then too.

Mid-week I can do lunch and Fridays I could do lunch or dinner.

Fridays are always better for me because I tend to have fewer meetings that day and I could stay over and visit with my niece that evening.

Another caveat is that I never know when things will crop up at work.

DSIL is going to Asia on business and Solly's school is closed during Passover so I need to be available to help while DD works. I can still do a get-together for lunch or dinner Mon, Tues, or Wed. Tuesday is best for me.

Next week is Spring Recess for East Islip schools ..so all 4 children are home which makes it impossible for me.

It's the end of the semester for me, student projects are due and next weekend I am taking the PA PRAXIS teacher test on the 26th, so next week is pretty much wrapped up. But afterwards (May) I should have more free time. I have been wanting to get together with folks, just this morning I was wishing I could have a "garden party" although I know it will be a LONG time before my garden is ready to party. I can't even keep up with the inside let alone the outside!

Hi. I still have the 23rd free, but the rest of the week is crazy busy. It would be better for me to get together in May (the sooner I know the date, the better). However, if a bunch of you are getting together on the 23rd, I do my best to be there.

My back is doing better every day and I expect to be fully recovered in a couple days -- provided I don't pull it out again doing yardwork this weekend. Thanks for thinking of me, and Renee, thanks for staying on top of us! I'd love to meet more of you "in person."

Drats...I can take time off but I need to let work know at least 2 weeks in advance.
I am always off on Fridays 52 weeks a year!!

DD will be home in 3 weeks...having her home will lighten my load so I'll have more free time.

I have a new crinkle too: Arthur went into the hospital today because of an intestinal blockage. They are observing him overnight to be sure there is no perforation. So I am on a holding pattern myself.

If all is well, as I pray it is, I could meet this coming week. I'll report tomorrow.
