Wow! Those are great looking recipes, but I'm more of a purist.

We like Ina Garten's basic margarita recipe:

Ingredients
1 lime, halved
Kosher salt
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (5 limes)
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 lemon)
1 cup Triple Sec
3 cups ice
1 cup white tequila

Directions
If you like margaritas served in a glass with salt, rub the outside rims of six glasses with a cut lime and dip each glass lightly into a plate of kosher salt.

Combine the lime juice, lemon juice, Triple Sec, and ice in a blender and puree until completely blended. Add the tequila and puree for 2 seconds more. Serve over ice.

If you prefer frozen margaritas, halve each of the ingredients, double the ice, and blend in two batches. Serve with a cut lime.

Or, a quicker recipe from a friend who calls it 1-2-3 Margarita

1 part Rose's lime juice
2 parts triple sec
3 parts tequila

Shake together and serve over ice in a salt-rimmed glass.

Make sure you are home or have a Designated Driver if you make either of these. They are POTENT!

3 limes squeezed, about 3 ounces
1/3 cup sugar+1/3 cup water boiled and cooled
4 ounces of tequila

Poured over ice. Salted or unsalted, fresh and simple is the best!
