Too much Ginger

I had a left over cooked pork roast and decided to make a filling for homemade pasta.(ravioli) I ground the cooked meat and added it to braised chopped onions. Then I added chopped wild mushrooms that had been hydrated and sauteed with garlic. Sounds good so far? That's where I should have stopped. But, no -- I found some ginger in the fridge and thought that would be nice too. A little maybe but I used too much.

However, I still made the pasta and left it wide and made roll ups.

Then, I made a bchamel/Alfredo sauce and covered the roll ups and baked. That was the saving grace even though there was too much ginger!

So now I have a lot more of this ginger filling (can't call it pork filling anymore) and need ideas how to use it. I think maybe egg rolls with shredded Bok Choi or cabbage and bean sprouts.

What would you add to this filling to lessen the flavor of ginger?

Maybe some soy or hoisin sauce or Mirachi (sweet/hot sauce).

I welcome all advice. TIA
