More odd pantry?

I have a 5 lb. bag of Malibu Coconut batter by Golden Dipt that I got after the restaurant that I chef at closed. It can be use as a wet batter or as a dry breading. I can use it for the obvious which is a batter or breading for fish/meats or fruits/vegetables but any other uses I am drawing a blank. It has wheat flour, yellow corn flour, sugar, salt, rum flavor and the other stuff they add. I hate to let it go bad or throw it away. I also have a bag of zesty batter that i use for foods i fry. Any suggestions or ideas would be most helpful. Thank you. Patty
