Pot roast and Cosco, I'm doing something wrong.

I was in the above store today and as usual they were having samples of different food products they carry.

One sampling was for "Morton Pot Roast" I tried it and knew right then and there my pot roast sucks!!! It was melt in your mouth tender and just tasted so darn good.

When I cook it I always use Chuck Blade roast and normally cook it for a couple of hours or so with the vegetables, potatoes, onions, celery, carrots, at a slow simmer. I still have to like carve it, it doesn't/isn't fall apart tender.

I normally use a dutch oven when I do the above.

From this information can anyone see something wrong in what I'm doing?
