Breast Cancer Survival Tips

I know a number of posters here have survived both the cancer and the treatment. I'd very much appreciate your best tips for doing so...I was diagnosed in early December. Had a lumpectomy and a medi-port installed in two surgeries. I'm still dizzy with it all.

Chemo starts at the end of the month...

I'm a real estate agent and I'm so afraid I won't be able to work...and I NEED to work--mentally and financially. (And, yes, I have a great support network. A husband who is terrific. One young adult child still at home. A great church, friends...)

Tell me what got you through. I very much want to be **through** and on the other side. A SURVIVOR!

Everyone else...tell me you've scheduled your mammogram for the year. That's how mine was found...the type I have rarely ever makes a lump. Mammos are the only way to find it.
