My pressure cooker didn't hold pressure last night

...and we had franks and beans for dinner because DH didn't want to wait until 9 pm for pot roast.

I haven't used the pot in a while, and it went through the hands of a fire restoration company after our house fire in March. I checked the seal and the release button, but the rest of the mechanism is closed up inside the lid.

I think the pot's 10 years old or so - should I contact the manufacturer? Give it up and get a new one?
