Vegetarian walnut meat

I've never written a recipe before, as you will surely gather by reading this. I'm not even sure if my techniques are correct, I just know this works for me. (Any advice is always appreciated.) I've been so dissappointed by different meatless grounds that I came up with this, based off of recipes I've seen for raw nut meat (this is cooked.) I have found that the sooner I eat this, the better, as it keeps me full and I make healthier food decisions throughout the day. (Same goes for any dish with lots of legumes/nuts.) I like to make tacos, taco salads, lettuce wraps, and burritos out of it. I don't have exact amounts, you'll have to just taste as you go like I do. But that's the fun part!

Walnut taco meat

Walnuts, processed to small grounds (but not powdery)

chopped onion

garlic, minced

taco seasoning

sriracha

olive oil

water

Sautee onions in olive oil until translucent. Add garlic and walnuts, cook for minute or two. Add taco seasoning and sriracha to taste. Add just a bit of water to help soften walnuts. Turn down heat and simmer (I've simmered anywhere from 1-3 hours.)

Well, that's my humble recipe!
