No Knead Bread- not so good

Ok I tried it and this is the result.

I used bread flour,put it in my le crueset pan at 450.

I could smell a faint burning smell while it was cooking during the second phase with the cover off.

So after the allotted time I removed it from the oven. The bottom was getting a bit black , so I took it out.It was not cooked enough the inside was a bit wet.

So when I do it again, and I will, would parchement on the bottom help and using all purpose flour be better?

It looked great, but definetly not cooked long enough.
