Wolf appliances quality issues?

We are in the market to purchase new kitchen for a new construction. Two of the local dealers we went to (in Boston Area) tried to push us away from the Wolf/SubZero appliances saying that they have serious quality issues. One of them even declared that they are breaking their relationship with the main distributer Clarke's in the area. Is there any element of truth in this? The sales rep claimed that Wolf is having issues with their workers union and they are sabotaging the products as a result of which the consumers are suffering.

Here is what I found online:

At the same time I also found this online:

Is anyone else trying to buy Wolf/Subzero appliances? I would like to hear from you. Or if someone has any comments on this matter that would be great as well.

Thanks
