Comments (4)Kim, I thought about this yesterday and some last night. I have an MP3 player on my phone and so, have a service. I tried to remember how I used to go about getting any other ringtones. I think you can access your phone's webservice through your phone can't you? You just go to the ringtones already on your phone and pick "download". But that's on Nokia's phones. Even the cheapest of phones I had (and I had some really horrible ones) had this feature. Maybe it can work for you? Comments (2)While various little known programs exist that will convert the ra/rm RealPlayer to common formats, they may be a little hit and miss as to how well they work. A quick look at the Real website does show that the newest free version of RealPlayer for Windows does in fact have the capability to convert and transfer your entire library to a portable device. (See link below.) As a side note: There has been rumors of Microsoft discontinuing Zune hardware but Microsoft claims that they are simply just not bringing out new models, will be continuing the current models, and will continue to incorporate Zune into Windows based mobile phones. Comments (5)Don't know what service you have. But T-Mobile offers parental controls (I think it is called family allowances) We are able to block our kids from downloading games and ringtones (which can add up!). We can also block their phone use at certain times...like after bedtime. We set their "Always allowed numbers" to be our numbers so they can call us even during blocked times...but no other numbers and we can always call them...but friends can not call in the middle of the night. We share minutes and can allow them only a certain amount of minutes per month with the family allowance controls. And we added on free mobile to mobile so it doesn't use minutes when me and dh call eachother or talk to any of the kids....See Moreacraftylady
