I have a laptop Win XP.

I have IE on my computer and it is updated automatically. I have used Firefox for my browser for 3 or 4 yrs. and love it - however last week it crashed and I could not open it at all. All I got was a crash report to send in (which I did, many times) Supposedly they will contact me when they know what is wrong?

I have uninstalled Mozilla - reinstalled and get the same crash report - what should I try next?
