I hope I can word this so that it makes sense! I have a Toshiba Satellite L305, running Vista. When my desktop is up, the circle is constantly "thinking" It seems to be trying to connect to something all of the time. It will only connect me to the internet through Internet explorer. Once I am on my Verizon home page, I can go to other sites through the Verizon search bar, and I get the normal cursor, no more "thinking" circle.
