I emailed some of yau'll but I think the best way to reach everyone, was to put it in here.

Here is a Photo of my Great Grand Daughter, Savanah.

She is one week old.( 8 lbs. 10 ozs.)

Well, I rinsed as suggested. Poured boiling water over again last night. I think I will go ahead with syrup tonight as it "would have been" the 5th day. Things are looking up! Found a nice shiny "used" fridge like I wanted (bottom freezer). Price was half of a new one. And am pretty sure I've found someone to haul it for me. Ain't friends grand??!?!? The old one is actually working now....out on the back porch....but it never shuts off, so it's not coming back inside! Last night we packed in stuff for dinner from the porch. I told DH and son we were having a "reverse picnic". What else can ya do but keep your sense of humor and make the best of it! ~grin~ Does make me think how lucky we are to have modern conveniences...least I didn't have to go down to the creek to get the milk bucket! hi deb- as another first year greenhouse girl- i too am doing a grand opening- advice given to me was to hold off on the grand opening til a little later- as mentioned by someone else- i thought about waiting til first of june- then maybe will help get rid of any excess annuals not sold yet. when advertising for our opening date- will state that a grand opening is coming.i am going to do classes on weekends- but not at grand opening day as i want to be able to spend time with customers that day. think if i have any classes or info booths- would have someone else handling them.as for food -i am keeping it simple and doing cheeses,butters,cookies and easy foods that i can use the herbs in that i am selling.i am giving a coupon (made on computer) for 10% off next purchase to get repeat customers.i have gardens for them to tour- hopefully enticing more sales.will have free flyers with gardening info and afree plantfor which i am growing mimosa- it closes when you touch it-fun.think i will keep door prize simple also- basket or nice big planted container. any ideas are welcome!!!!! good luck deb- let us know how it goes and when you decide to do it- are you close enough to coldwater for me to come ? !!!!

Cathy: When they mentioned " Colorful ", I think they were speaking of you, Not your Clothes. In think a lot of the women might need their Glasses adjusted. I looked in a mirror to see what they were talking about. Nothing resembles what they said about me. If I knew all this was to transpire, I could have met you 3 hours earlier. And we would have had at least 4 more pictures. David; You are right !!! I should have worn the bright Pink Bathrobe and zapped her. Funny when I came out of the Park-a-teria, I got on my cell phone and asked Cathy where she was. She said," I'm in front of Whole Food Market and I'm wearing a Bright Pink top, Where are you ???" I said look straight ahead about 20 feet. Didn't buy anything in Whole Foods, because I didn't need anything. We ate out a lot at my sister's place. I even talked my BIL into Mac Donald's for a $1 Mac Chicken. He never had one and couldn't believe what we got for $1. Even ordered some to go. That's it for now. Talk at you later. LOU

I misspelled the name and I think (misspelled)

It is " Savanna "
I'm not old enough to be a Great Grand Dad, LOL !!!

Lou, whatever the spelling...and we do want to get it right....'Savanna'...what a beautiful little girl! I don't think I have ever seen such a gorgeous little angel! Congratulations my friend.....you have been blessed big time!
