I would personally match all of the bars. The reason I say this is that if you do, they won't be immediately recognizable as grab bars (presumably you are going for the decorative grab bars in the first place for a less "clinical" look). I would want them as grab bars to fade as much as possible and making them the odd man out will draw attention to them. I wouldn't bother to "match" accessories to the faucet except in finish and general feel (vintage, modern etc.) To me faucets and other bathroom fixtures stand out on their own apart from towel bars. This is from someone who has a toto toilet, claw foot tub, one sink in a vanity from restoration hardware, another sink in an open console from another manufacturer, rohl country faucets, rohl country shower except for the shower head which is speakman, some other brand for the claw foot tub (could not afford the rohl so went with something basic and period appropriate), newport brass console legs, restoration hardware bistro train rack and hook and towel bars but RH vintage glass shelf to coordinate with the console better. Oh and some other brand standing tp holder. Figure THAT mess out :)

I think it will match by its "plain-ness". The shower head is the classic Speakman head, the shower valve is either a classic disk with no details or exposed screws or a square with no exposed screws and plain rectangular handles. The tub faucet is the plainest I could find that installs the way my plumber recommends, the sink faucet is a plain commercial faucet. The problem I found with the companion pieces were that one component was either too fussy looking or it didn't have the function I wanted (like no volume control on the shower valve on the one that matched the sink, or the weird square shower head that came with one of the valves I like). I am realizing I am mostly way out of the loop compared to what most people must want, because its either impossible to find at all, or it's a super expensive brand.

I'm obviously senile. I know all I care to know about Airstreams (trailers). LOL. I'm asking about Speakman 'Anystream' shower heads! Speakman says that my existing chrome head is an S-2252 (the "Icon" model). They say the 'works' are the same as mine on all the 6-stream heads currently on the market. I see complaints about the 'Hotel' models and about 8-streams. (Well, duh, six streams would always be stronger than dividing the water into eight, right?) I think I will buy a new Anystream head, either the "Retro" or the "Vintage", in BN (brushed nickel). The existing control is a Kohler BN; don't know if I need or will get a new control. This is 'meh'. I don't like the spots on BN, but it's all over this bathroom now. (sigh) I am returning the Moen Banbury 5 with 'spot resist' because reviewers don't like the wimpy spray. (Isn't there an old song about how you can't ever get whatcha want?)

We bought a Speakman based on the rave reviews here and on Amazon (we are on a well and our water pressure is pretty bad). We even removed the flow restrictor (we had to watch a youtube video to figure out how). But even with the restrictor gone, the force of the water was not as good as with our old water-pik handheld/hose showerhead that we bought at costco 10 years ago. So I checked and water pik makes plain showerheads as well - not just the hose/handheld types. I bought one at target for like $20 and darned if that doesn't have better pressure than the speakman. It's kind of cheap looking (the whole thing is plastic and the part you screw onto the shower arm is black plastic, not even chrome colored) but the functionality wins out -- plus, from underneath looking up it looks fine -- you can't see the black plastic connector part. And as a bonus, it was so cheap that if it gunks up with hard water deposits in a few years, I won't feel bad about tossing it and buying a new one. It is adjustable and has several different spray patterns, ranging from one central blast to a nice evenly scattered spray, and they all have excellent pressure. We have a Delta (H2OKinetic, I think) handheld shower in there as well, and it also seems to have good pressure, but not quite as good as the Water Pik. Go figure! (Also, I have a lightly used, no-flow-restricted Speakman for sale, LOL!)
