Hi Inese. I got your email about the pink columbine but have been unable to respond...my "helpful" husband decided to reroute all my yahoo email to outlook and outlook has some kind of problem that won't let me open and respond to emails. I'm sorry I haven't been able to fix the problem and I can't view your sending email address. I've fixed my yahoo account though so it won't forward anymore. If you see this post, please re-email me. Thanks, Laura.

Yes! Get rid of Incredimail! Nothing personal but that is a very trustworthy program and the owners claim the rights to everything that you send via email using their program. Not many people read the EULA (End User License Agreement), and don't realize that if you are using Incredimail to send emails with new ideas/concepts etc., then Incredimail can claim copyright to your ideas etc. because you assigned them the copyrights when you agreed to use the program by clicking on "I Agree" when you installed it. Many of experts consider it Spyware as well. Yes, IncrediMail provides amusing, all-singing, all dancing, animated, colored, formatted, flashing, bleeping, blurping emails--- but with the certainty of tons of excess baggage riding along with the email; with the possibility of opening the door to malicious HTML-borne worms, viruses, and such; and with serious questions about who owns the content of the messages you send using their system. Others may have a more positive solution for you. Here is a link that might be useful: Incredimail Spyware & Copyright issues?

I had this same problem and finally asked the GW Admin to assist. They said that it was because a location field was blank (not sure how, because I had filled in everything so the system was obviously not picking it up). The GW Admin were amazingly prompt and helpful in resolving it. They changed the password, filled in the details and then sent me a link to reset the pw. Please see excerpts of the correspondence below - hopefully this may be of use to you? Excerpts of my mail I am trying to change my profile. However no matter what I do (and how often I key the same passwords in), the message is always Passwords do not match/ Invalid password. Would you be able to assist? Excerpts of response Is it possible you've left one of the fields in the profile blank, or do you have the birth date filled out This portion of the form is now a required field, and will sometimes cause a glitch with saving profile changes if it's not added in there. If you've added a date and are still experiencing trouble saving changes, please let me know and I'll be glad to assist you further. Excerpts of my mail I have filled in all the fields. I am still unable to change the profile and the error message remains the same. Excerpts of response It appears that because the location form fields were blank, this was what was preventing your from saving any changes. Once I filled in these fields, I was able to successfully change your profile.

Outlook Express is a free email program produced by Microsoft. Sounds like your original program might be corrupted, so you could try downloading a clean version (it's free). Hopefully the new version will copy across all the messages and addresses from your old version (fingers crossed), but it's a good idea to print out anything you might miss if it were lost. Then you can download the version of Outlook Express that suits your operating system (Windows or Mac). Many sites offer Outlook Express for downloading, incuding MS itself (www.microsoft.com). I used to use Tucows (URL shown below). Here is a link that might be useful: Tucows
