Shower curtian or glass wall?

Were doing a total bathroom redo to our early 1930s cottage  basketweave floor, subway tile walls (white), console sink. . .

IÂm having a debate with my husband about whether to put in a shower curtain w/ curved rod, or a fixed, seamless, glass wall for half the length of the bathtub (glass wouldn't go all the way to the ceiling). The bathroom is very tiny, and I think having the fixed glass wall will help make it feel larger and more open. Plus youÂd be able to see the pretty tile. However, we had a sliding glass door that we HATED - a disgusting mold and bacteria breeding ground that made the tub/shower feel like a coffin. I certainly donÂt want to re-create that mess. Plus I like the idea of making the shower feel larger with the curved rod.

Does anyone have any pictures of a tub/shower with one of these fixed walls?
