Importing address book

Could anyone help me please. I have AOL 9.0 and have opened up a Picasa 2 for my pictures. Can anyone tell me how to transfer my address book from Aol to Picasa?

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm curious why you would want to import your address book text into a picture/graphic's program ?
Are you trying to make a photo of your address book ?

Picasa2 is a photo organizer.
Your Contacts in AOL are text.

To make a photo of the email addresses, press the Print Screen key which is next to the F12 key.
This will take a snapshot of the page with the addresses.

Then go paste the snapshot into a photo program like paint, irfanview or whatever you have.

May have to take several photos depending how long your address list is.

I guess Thunderbird is looking for Outlook Express which is no longer around. Have you tried double clicking on the .wab file to see if the windows mail program will open it? Whatever version of windows mail is included with Win 7 should open the file and then you should be able to export it as a csv file. If double clicking doesn't open it try right clicking on it and then click open with and see if some mail program is on the list.

When you first open your received email in WLM, up on the left side it says add contact. Click on that before it goes away. It goes away when your mail message is downloaded to read.

the excel page is your file you need to do as bob said and click file save as then select that it is in the correct format as mentioned the csv, then take that saved file and import that into your outlookexpress. It will not just go from gmail to outlook you must save the file then go to outlook express and choose the option to import address book go to that file you saved select it and import it.
