I ordered this litter box back in May and it didn't arrive until August. The website advertised free shipping, but UPS wanted $37 cash at the door (which is half of the value of the product). I sent it back, and still haven't recieved a refund.

Groovy gal - they may not have cashed the payment until the item was sent. If you paid by credit card call the company or who ever ou paid through - you may get your money back by filing a dispute .

With 4 indoor cats, I finally tried the Breeze system. It is amazing; much less mess/odor. I find it much superior to anything I have tried before.
