I ordered Grohe from Faucet Direct. Everything came on time and was in perfect condition, although the outside of one shipping container was banged up. They were not the cheapest place on the web, but they had everything that I needed in stock.

Got my Grohe kitchen faucet from Ira Woods. Saved on tax and shipping was free. The faucet was brand new like a plumber had taken it off the shelf and handed it to me.

Would have been a decent bargain but my plumber charged me $200 to install it.

Have received products (Hansgrohe, Kohler, Delta) from both Faucetdirect and faucetdepot, both have been fine, reasonably prompt and mostly, economical. As a matter of a fact, just received the last piece of my order- Hansgrohe roman tub filler, today from faucetdepot. That last piece needed to be ordered (not in their regular stock), but I was aware of that when I ordered. They did not charge my credit card until the last item had been shipped, which I thought was nice.
Faucetdirect has sent me stuff wicked fast more that once over the last 2 years.

I bought all my bath fixtures from homeannex.com. I used Hansgrohe, but they sell Grohe as well. Everything came in perfect condition and the prices were better than anywhere else I found.

Usually these items come factory sealed to prevent scratching when shipped.

If there is a damage on the shipping box call the shipper and fill out a claims
form and notify the seller. If you are lucky the seller will do it for you.

If worse comes to worse and you want to return the damaged item, ask the seller to schedule a "call tag" pick-up at your residence. It is always no cost to the customer.

When you sign for something write next to your signature "approval upon inspection"
