Wrong Brick! What's fair?

My husband's son and his fiance are having a house built by a large production builder. Last week when they drove by the site, they saw pallets of brick outside, noticed that the bricks were NOT the color they had ordered, and called the builder to get the bricks corrected. Over the weekend, despite their call, the bricks were put up anyway, and now the house is now fully bricked with the wrong stuff - which they hate.

They called the builder, who checked their records and determined that the bricks matched what the computer said was supposed to go there -- but that the salesperson had typed the wrong color into the computer. (It was supposed to have matched the brick used on the model home; no sample board with color names was available.) The builder's rep. admits that the mistake was theirs, but refuses to either fix it (which I understand) or to compensate them in any way with a discount or upgrade.

Do they have any recourse other than walking?
