Large feeder, more birds?

I'm new to birdfeeding. I recently placed a seed feeder in the yard, near to a suet feeder. (The seed feeder is a dish type with a weather dome top.)

I've thought about adding a hopper feeder to the yard in the autumn, on a pole mount. I've noticed that there are many different styles and sizes to choose from.

I've had a few birds at the seed feeder: chickadees, titmice, and nuthatches.

I would like to see more birds feeding in the yard, and am hoping that a second seed feeder might increase the bird activity.

Does a large hopper feeder attract more birds than a small one? Is it more visible to them, or is it the type of seed that attracts a particular species?
