cage sizes for tomatoes

I have two problems. Too many tomatoes and not sure about what size cages to put them in. I grew extra thinking this was the year I would finally get off the wait list for the community garden plot, but it doesn't look like that will happen. I already planted out over a dozen and now have over 20 plants left. If I don't get rid of some I won't have space for other veggies and herbs. Please advise which are must grow, which are to be planted in extra large texas cages and which are for regular size cages. I have about equal number of regular and Texas cages. I have not grown any of these varieties before. I grow organically and do not spray, so if it's particularly suseptible to disease in California I probably shouldn't grow it.
