Good customer service from online companies with a bad reputation

I don't know why these two companies have such bad reputations. Their customer service has been excellent in my experience. Any plants they send that are subpar get replaced, no questions asked.

One of the orders I placed last year from Henry Fields contained 2 yellow raspberries that never put out any new growth. I think they were dead on arrival. I emailed them in the late fall, and they emailed back that they would send replacements in the spring planting season (it was too cold to replant by the time I contacted them). Sure enough, last week Fedex pulled up with two new bushes, and they are already sprouting leaves!

I ordered seven hydrangeas from Springhill last fall, and five of them are popping up out of the ground and putting out new leaves. Two of them don't seem to be doing anything. So I emailed them last week. I didn't get a reply, so I was just thinking I might need to call them. Checked my email today and there's a shipping notice for two free replacement hydrangeas.

They don't ask for pictures or for you to return the dead plant or anything.

In my opinion you can't beat that for customer service.
