Is it the vine type or the shrubby type of invasive honeysuckle that you want to replace? There is a native honeysuckle vine called Trumpet Honeysuckle (Lonicera sempervirens) which attracts hummingbirds like crazy! It's easy to grow.

For a replacement of the shrubby variety, you could plant Viburnum or Serviceberry for berries. The Viburnum berries stay on the plant longer than the Serviceberry but you need to plant at least two (of different cultivars of the same species) to get good berries.
Serviceberry (Amelanchier) is a great shrub with white flowers in early spring. The birds LOVE the berries but they tend to strip them bare within days :-)

Chokeberry (Aronia) is also a great berry plant that the birds love. Also a native.

It won't work in all landscaping situations (because it can look a little "coarse"), but I believe there's a native elderberry (Sambucus), too.

There are many species of Viburnum. You should get one resistant to Viburnum leaf beetle. That's a European pest that's jumped to Maine, and it's spreading south. The Viburnums with thick, leathery leaves are the ones the beetle avoids if it has a choice. The ones with thin leaves, such as American highbush cranberry ("Viburnum trilobum") are the ones it goes for most and it completely strips those of all their leaves.

Another idea is to plant mulberries.
