Possible seal failure in pie filling

I just finished a little while ago canning 7 quarts of Apple Pie filling (1st time I have ever made it). When I took the jars out of the bwb canner I noticed that there was some of the filling stuck on the jars and on the bottoms of the bands. Several of the jar lids did concave down and some still haven't. So it's possible that there is filling residue on the rims. I won't know until tomorrow if the lids actually sealed, Would it be ok to reprosess the remaining? I thought I used the proper one inch headspace the recipe called for.
