about my green tomatoes again

I read the posts and looked at the pics.....

Yall mean if they are LIGHT green and not dark green? Now I only have CHERRY tomatoes.....

I can not use them for relish , chow chow etc???? Even though they are fairly firm???

I read the part about acidity etc....

So I have to let them all turn ripe????? Gallons of them>>>>>
