Raspberry Chocolate Jam with Honey

I sell a LOT of the wonderful Raspberry Chocolate Jam, with the recipe found here on the Harvest Forum, at my small Farmers' Market. I do have several customers though who do not eat refined sugar and have asked me about using honey as a replacement in this jam. Anyone know what the correct proportion is between the two sweeteners for this jam so that it sets properly? Because raspberries are so expensive (even with my homegrown) I would not want to go trying different proportions willy-nilly and thought you all might have some secret you'd wish to share. Thanks.
