How about Apricot Chocolate Jam?

I love this combo and thought someone might have an idea about how to create a safely canned jam from them?

I've made tons of Raspberry Dark Chocolate Jam and Banana Split Conserve so the progression to apricots, or even pears or fresh pineapple and apricots, just sounds yummy.

Do you suppose we could just add bittersweet and/or unsweetened chocolate to our regular pectin and sugar fruit jams to make it yummier? Or, do we need to do something else?
