Newbie- totally paranoid about my jam!

I just made jam on my own for the first time (I have made it with my sister several times). I'm totally paranoid about whether or not it will set. I used Pamona Pectin for the first time ever so that's partly why I'm worried.

I processed using the BWB (boiling water bath- right?) for 10 minutes. So far, my Peach Melba and Peach Pie Jam look okay but aren't really thick yet. Of course, they are also still warm LOL!

I'm going to make more jam tomorrow, maybe even tonight. Any special tips?
