Oh no!! Can I still can these tomatoes??

I made tomato puree and by accident I stirred the puree (two separate times) with a wooden spoon that I also used to stir a pot of pasta sauce with meatballs. Some of the meatballs had broken apart in the pasta sauce, but there weren't visible particles of meat on the spoon. Does this mean that my puree is "contaminated", or is it okay to still can it using the boiling water bath method? My freezer is pretty full so I would rather not freeze the puree because of space restraints.
