Your photos are lovely as usual Cindee and your combinations of colors and plants are great. If I can find a magnifying lens, I'll take photo of my pomegranate.
Actually, I've been taking fewer photos because it such a hassle to transfer from the Windows gallery to a file to photobucket and somewhere along the line resize it and then post it. I'm just getting to be a lazy slackard.
Anyway can you move a blue pea vine or is it better to start over with seeds. My blue pea vine is eating my poor Simpson Stopper. Also I love those fuschia four o'clocks so I want to plant more of them. Can I dig them up or should I plant the seeds-they are the little black balls, right?

I have been working hard on layering this year. Most places not ready. However, this area is evolving, and right now, I like it even tho the colors kind of clash. They are acalypha hispida in back, pink or coral mussaenda on left, and starburst pentas in foreground.

Great Photos you guys! Jan that Golden Rat Tail is georgous! And Anna, I love the pink Musadena. I have the yellow, but that sure would look pretty inbetween the three I have at the front of the house. Love it! Where did you find that one?

Barb, Blue Pea can be moved, just take a lot of soil with it's tender roots and keep it MOIST. They may wilt a bit, just keep em shaded. Same with the 4 O'Clocks. Don't the Clocks smell great in the evening this time of year? I have planty of both seeds if you need more. The little black BB like buttons are the 4 O'Clock seeds. Both take a while to germinate, but so worth while. I have some planted together outside the kitchen window and the fuchsia and bright blue look great together. Actually, My plue pea in that container is getting kinda raggedy so I will plant more seeds at the base to take over this spring. The ones I planted on my new stair rail are all crispy green and blue and doing great. Barb, I left photobucket and moved to Picasa since I was having probs with Photo bucket. It's a little easier once you get the hang of it. My photos I directly upload to "My Documents" and the speed from which they upload from there to Picasa is really FAST!

About the Poms, well I cannot figure them out. I wait till the skin softens a bit and I can feel the seeds like Lisa said, or the skin cracks, but I can't seem to get a ripe one. I am hoping it is just because my shrub is so young. Perhaps I'll get better ones as time goes on. It keeps putting out more flowers and fruit regularly.

Oh that musadena is fantastic! And I love all the colors and natural look of it. I also really realy like the that caladium. I have a big border devoted to caladiums, but never saw that one.

Cindee, nice job on the container arrangement. I got that mussaenda at Walmart of all places. It was like $7.50 and very small, but has grown all that in less than a year. I have not been successful at propating it, but recently saw some more at WM, so you might check them out.

Don't turn your back on that cape honeysuckle. Mine turned into a HUGE beast and put our runners all over. :)
