What to do with celery?

I have a beautiful BOUNTIFUL crop of celery this year. I've used the celery in various tomato sauce and drink recipes and in a sweet dill pickle recipe. I've dried lot and LOTS of celery leaves. Eaten "ants on a log". I searched the forums here, but 124 postings... eeesh! (Not that I haven't been going through some of them)

Anyway, the celery is delicious.

It's some of the "celery-est" celery I've ever had.

I don't have a lot of freezer space. So if there's a celery relish or a celery pickle recipe you know of? I tried looking online, but most pickled celery recipes are just for fresh eating, not processed.

Also, any fresh eating ideas welcomed as well. Or a really good vegetable broth...
