Your a lucky ducky Jan. I have to many newbies to see any blooms but hope to next year. I got ones that start very early to late so I'd have them for a long time.
Most of my long time daylilies have seen the last of their blooms for the year...... they didn't do as well this year due to to much rain and not enough sunshine.

So it can go both ways not enough rain or to much :/
but is wasn't just daylilies that suffered roses lost leaves, some plants came up very late in the year.

Now we're back to no rain for over a month but promise of rain this weekend YEAH.

I usually have several late rebloom scapes on Siloam Junebug, but not this year - not enough rain in August or September. None of my other Siloams has ever rebloomed.

Our drought is so bad here that 20 established trees have died in Centennial Park, Nashville's most famous city park. And many other trees are dead along our streets and highways and will have to be cut down in the coming months before they start falling on cars. I have lost a dogwood tree, a rhododendron and a butterfly bush, but only one daylily.

I only have a few Siloams and unfortunately they've never rebloomed for me.

I'm sorry the drought is so bad for you Debra - it's not as bad here, but if we don't get rain soon it might be. I haven't lost anything, but I'm very tired of watering!

We're in an extreme drought area here also Debra. I've lost 1 very large oak tree, a few smaller ones, and a dogwood. All these are in a wooded area behind my home. I've managed to keep everything in my garden alive using my well. I totally understand your situation Debra, and hope things get better very soon, for all of us who desperately need rain. We did have some in August, finally, and I guess that's why I'm seeing rebloom scapes this late, just thought it odd that all my late scapes are on Siloam dl's.

I've had a multitude of late scapes/blooms on Siloam Cinderella. This is the first year it's re-bloomed for me, probably because of all the extra rain we'va had this year. What a nice surprise it's been, and I'm glad it's located at the edge of my garden where I could enjoy its late summer display.

Great post about Siloams... I just but in Baby Talk this year, but there are so many cute ones! I really like that Tiny Tim. It will be interesting to document patterns like you guys are talking about.

Siloam Tiny Tim is a cutie (and I also like it because my husband's name is Tim). Here's a photo of it last summer:

Another Siloam I really liked this year was Siloam Little Sister, but since it was new I can't really judge its performance yet.

Those are all very pretty Juliet, I don't have either of them. My Siloam Amazing Grace bloomed this past Friday. Here's a photo of it taken then. It's a large bloom and a gorgeous shade of yellow.
