Safe to pressure can this tomato sauce recipe?

I'd like to can my MIL's spaghetti sauce, which my husband and son adore. Can I get some help on whether this is safe to pressure can, and if so for how long I'd want to process it? If it's not safe to pressure can, can I make it safe by leaving out the oils? Or could I substitute some other fat that would be safe to PC?

Here's my recipe:

1 T olive oil

1 T butter

2 medium onions, chopped

28 ounces canned tomatoes, crushed

3 1/2 c water

16 ounces tomato sauce

12 ounces tomato paste

1/4 t granulated garlic

1 T salt

1/4 t pepper

2 T dried parsley

Heat butter and oil and saute onions. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to the boil, reduce heat, and simmer 2 - 3 hours until desired thickness is reached.
