Stonewall Kitchen Curd - safe to use past date?

Not a preserving question really but I figured I'd ask here since Linda Lou and the other experts are here. I bought a bunch of SK jams and 5 jars of Key Lime Curd (for the Key Lime fans in my house) in February. So many that they put them in boxes and sealed them for me. Well, we're out of the homemade stuff so I just opened the boxes, didn't really remember what I had bought, and the "Enjoy Before" date on the curd was March 2011! They have been in my basement all spring. I did open 1 jar, it smelled slightly "cheesy", called the store and they said they can't take it back, it does have a very short shelf life which is why the outlet gets it a lot. I've never noticed this smell from Dickinson's which I use as cake filling (didn't use the jar I bought in Nov and just noticed that expired in April!).

So do I need to throw all this out, or would it be OK to bake with (with lots of sugar and/or cream cheese)? I wouldn't use it without cooking it again. Thanks
