brine for fridge pickles?

Hi!

Is it safe to use this brine recipe for any refrigerated pickles?

For each 6 cups of brine, combine 5 cups vinegar, 1 cup water and 1 tablespoon pickling salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer five minutes. Pour over prepared peppers, cool and refrigerate.

I've some cukes, jalapeno slices,green beans, and peter peppers (all with different herbs/garlic) that i'd like to keep fresh and cold rather than can everything. They'll be done in seperate jars.
